What we collect

• Store details from Shopify: your store address, name, currency and an access token that lets us create products in your store. Tokens are encrypted.
• Products you import: titles, descriptions, prices, options and image links from product pages you choose to catch with the extension.
• Usage: how many products you import each month, for plan limits.

What the browser extension does

The extension reads product information only from Temu pages, and only when you click Catch product, start a bulk import, click Refresh from Temu, or turn on the optional daily check of your imported products. It sends that product information (title, variants, prices, stock, images, specifications, the seller's public store details, manuals and public ratings) to your Product Catcher account. It does not read other websites, your browsing history, your Temu account details, cookies, orders or payment information.

What we don't collect

We do not store information about your Shopify customers or orders. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.

Service providers

Shopify (your store and billing), our hosting provider, an exchange-rate service (open.er-api.com) that receives only currency codes, and, only when you click Rewrite with AI, Anthropic, which receives that product's title, options and specifications to suggest new text.

Retention and deletion

When you uninstall the app from Shopify, your access token is deleted immediately and Shopify asks us to erase your store's data 48 hours later, which we do. You can delete any imported product at any time from the dashboard.
